Class reveal! It's a constant in my life when I start working on an idea it never comes alone. Last week I was filming my lesson for Ever After 2017. Putting my own twist to a promotional image from How to train a dragon, explaining how perfect this composition work but felt a bit stuck in demonstrating my style as I love these character so much I wanted them to look like the original while being less whimsical, how does one achieve that when drawing a dragon? as I was asking myself that question I decided to go for it and a quick survey proved me right. Still, there was this part of me that wanted to share more. the composition of the drawing reminded me of friends posing for a selfie and I started to imagine what would Hiccup be if he was living at this time, what would he be and do? He would certainly be an inventor or engineer and definitely, travel the world. No matter at what time he would be living Hiccup is an explorer. Toothless would probably his black cat but he would still have a love for the dragons so I draw him wearing a Toothless t-shirt! There is was I would be giving you 2 lessons this year. A real time one with the trio and a fast-forward of the grown-up Hiccup and a brand new interview video on style development. Class starts in less than 3 weeks don't miss it! A total of 16 teachers are awaiting you. The class is hosted by the wonderful Tamara Laporte from Willowing Art In addition
